Although, due to the product purchase workflow, users will more than likely login to their own account on the vendor sites before entering such information. We do not control how these vendor sites use such information, but if necessary, we would ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Visitors and Authorized Customers. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain, and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them.

Opting Out of Contact

Please note that upon sign-up your email address and name details will be stored and used for sending the signup validation and password reset emails to you. These personal details will be visible in the site administrators ‘pending users’ screen.
SPAM Control
Due to instances of users signing up for the purpose of posting SPAM in the Forums/Comments each signup request is manually reviewed by the site administrator. If the site administrator deems it necessary – further emails will be sent to the email address you have provided with a view to finally authenticating your signup request. This may be a simple introductory email or request for your comments. If a question is asked – a contextual answer should be provided. Any users who do not provide a satisfactory response to questions or do not respond at all will be removed from the system completely. Typical questions may ask about how you were referred to the site and/or thoughts on a specific topic etc.
Use of Cookies
We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers. For example, if an Authorized Customer is logged on and the site is unused for a specified period of time the Authorized Customer will be logged off. User deletion or deactivation of Personally Identifiable Information
We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by making contact with us. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be not be possible to completely delete all information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information removed will have this information functionally deleted and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in the future.
